Yes. We review the existing site, access and platform before recommending a care scope. Authenticated deep checks are proven on WordPress; other platforms receive the coverage agreed for that platform.

Do I need to choose a care tier first?

No. Send your website and what needs attention. Essential, Professional and Premium are quoted after a site review, so the scope matches the responsibility you need.

What does the one-page offer include?

Accepted Answer

A one-page site with a phone button and quote form costs $500 to build, then $249 per month for hosting, monitoring, backups, updates and thirty minutes of small edits. It is month to month and separate from the maintenance tiers.

Can you rebuild or move my existing site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We assess the source, content, important URLs and integrations before scoping a rebuild or migration. We agree what can be preserved and what needs changing before the work starts.

Will I review changes before they go live?

Accepted Answer

Planned changes follow the agreed review process. Professional and Premium engagements include protected staging and a monthly service and site operations record. Minor and security core updates follow the agreed update policy.

How long is the maintenance commitment?

Care is month to month with thirty days to cancel. Each tier has a business-hours response target. A response target is not a guarantee that every incident can be resolved within that time.

Question 7

Who owns a custom website build?

Accepted Answer

You own the repository when the invoice clears. The written scope sets out deliverables and handover. Third-party services and software retain their own licensing terms.

Where do I find a product's platform and release status?

Each entry in the work index lists its platform and current status. Some tools are live and others are still in progress. Open the project for the available download, live-site or release information.

Question 9

Can I use a software product on multiple computers?

Accepted Answer

Licensing depends on the product and purchased plan. Check that product's terms before installing it across a team; a custom website engagement is a separate agreement.

Question 10

What are the product refund and privacy terms?

Accepted Answer

The Privacy Policy and Terms of Service explain the general policies. ConsignMate has separate app terms. Product licensing and refund policies do not automatically apply to custom development or website-care agreements.

Can I ask about support or a product demo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Use the contact form and name the product. Include the version and the problem if you need support, or explain what you want to see in a demo. Do not include passwords or payment details.
